So now, why do we just suddenly feel this things? Where does this thing comes from? Is is with our brain? or our heart? Well, some says that it's because of our illusions in our mind, and some says that it's because of the feelings in our heart. But lets make this things clear... First of all, our heart has nothing to do with our emotions or whatever we feel. It's an organ inside our body that keeps us alive, that pumps our blood. So, it's because of our brain. yep, we have feelings because of the functions in our brain.
In the article entitled, "Where do feelings come from?" by Sandra Nettles and Jamie Nettles on deerval.com Everything that happens in our surrounding, our mind or our brain generates the situation, which leads us us to react with what we feel about the situation. But sometimes we have different reactions with the same situation, it depends how our thoughts manage what we feel. They said that "emotions don't just happen automatically in response to outside events. Emotions are mediate by our thoughts"
And I strongly agree with that. That we doesn't just suddenly feel something automatically, there must be a reason every emotions we have. Every situation that happens around us has different emotions that we could feel. Like from what I made as an example from above, your professor scolded you, so you'll feel mad; seeing your crush will make you happy; and creepy stuffs that will scare you. All of these, is because of our brain and it tells us what we'll feel about everything that happens around us. But what about our heart? as I said before, our heart doesn't do anything with our feelings. But it always make responses with every time we feel something.

Like every time we feel nervous, excited, afraid, angry, shock or even depressed etch. our heart beats faster than the normal range which happens everytime we have these strong feelings. And sometimes, it's not good with our heart. it might turn into heart disease or heart attack. They said that "When people are clinically depressed and stressed, however, the heart may work overtime more than it should, which leads to excess pressure on the heart."
So we should take care of whatever we feel, don't stick with an emotion much, avoid sadness, depression and stress. They said that life is too short too grab your problems and get depressed with it, so instead, why don't we just enjoy our life, do whatever that will makes us happy. But also remember that, we should also think and decide with the things that will make us happy and at the same time, will lead us in a good path.
We always should think positive so that we will feel happy and so that we will have a good heart.
